Paul Henderson

A specialist in residential and commercial appraisals, Paul has been active in property evaluations since graduating from Washington State University with a B.A. in finance in 1977.

Prior to forming Henderson & Associates, Inc. in 1987, he was a staff appraiser and construction inspector for Pacific First Federal Savings & Loan from 1978 to 1983, and was a fee appraiser for Chamberlin & Associates from 1984 to 1986.

Paul obtained the professional designation of SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) in 1982 and MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) in 1991

John Lawhead

John is currently associated with Henderson & Associates, Inc. as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

After graduating from Eastern Washington University, John worked for various government contractors before launching his career in commercial real estate.

John has been active in property valuation since 2009 and achieved his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in November 2014.
